Anirudh's Personal and Tech Space.. Watch out!!!

About Me

When you want something – the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.", Pg 97 – The Alchemist

Hi! I’m Anirudh (अनिरुद्ध). Literally it means Unstoppable, In Mythology it links to Lord Krishna’s Grand-Son. Whatever it means, all I know is love this name! Pretty arrogant of myself right? Well read on..this usually is the impression which most of the people have about me at the first meeting.

My full name is Anirudh Goel. I’m a Computer Science from Amrita School of Engineering 2009 batch, now working in Microsoft India Development Centre at Hyderabad. My home town is Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), however i have never stayed permanently there. I have an interesting history, I was in Ambala (Haryana) in my childhood for 10 years, moved to Jammu (J & K) then to Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), where i completed my Teens. I did my engineering from Amritapuri, Kollam City (Kerala), now working in Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh). My father works in BSNL by virtue of which I can say i’m 25% north indian, 25% tamilian, 25% keralite and 25% hopefully something else (have left it for the girl, who is yet to come and become my better half). My mother is a homemaker, and an i have an elder sister, now married.

I know to speak Hindi, English, Tamil and Malyalam. Know a very little bit of German and now learning to speak Telugu. I like to see the look on the people’s face when they hear you speak in their language, also i find it interesting to learn new languages as it adds new dimensions in the personality.

I was born on 12th, November, 1987, making me a scorpion. Due to my curiosity in zodiac sciences and numerology, I researched a lot in order to know about myself and learnt a lot many things. Click here if you are interested to have an insight of me.

I got hooked with computers when I was in my 7th standard, a new PC at home, full freedom to do any kind of experiments with it, Subscription to Digit Magazine and with my crazy imagination, i set myself to sail on a journey which i never know would define my existence. There’s lots to write about my so called technical journey, Continue here to learn more about it.

Apart from personal and a technical thought process, I’m a human being too who hears, listens to others and loves to talk his mind out. I love to reason out things happening around me, i like to think about relationships, i travel a lot and keep fiddling with websites and gadgets to simplyfy my daily living process. You can watch my blog for such rumblings and ideas.

It’ll be fun going with you.
